Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee the return of purchased products within the established timeframes and under the defined conditions.
We do not issue refunds, except for products proven to be defective.
The period for exchanging products is 15 days from the date of receipt. The invoice must be presented for the exchange to be accepted.
Exchanges must be completed in a single transaction, and no vouchers or credit notes will be issued.
To exchange a product, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that items purchased on promotion or specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
