For each order, the product prices shown are increased by the corresponding shipping costs, which are calculated based on two factors: packaging costs and transportation costs. The total shipping cost is calculated automatically when placing an order on the Online Store. Please note that the factors used in calculating these costs may vary and change without prior notice.

Ordered products will be shipped by us via a carrier. When placing your order, please provide us with: your full address, your phone number, a contact email, and your tax identification number (NIF). Only with this information can we proceed with the shipment of your order.

Any delays in the dispatch of the order, compared to the estimated delivery time presented, do not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
